Pig keel, yam, medlar
working methods
1. Cut the pig keel and wash it.
2. Boil the water in the pot and immerse the keel in the water (you can see that the water is dirty).
3. Take out the washed keel and wash it with flowing water.
4. Put the keel into the casserole, add enough cold water, add a few slices of ginger, a onion knot and a little cooking wine, bring to a boil with high fire, skim off the floating powder, and turn to low heat for half an hour.
5. Wear rubber gloves, wash the yam, peel and cut into pieces, quickly put it into the pot (quickly, otherwise the yam will easily oxidize and turn black), and continue to simmer for about half an hour.
6. After the yam is put into the pot for half an hour, add more than ten pieces of medlar and simmer for 5 minutes, and season with salt.
