How full is a meal?
As the saying goes, "Eat well at breakfast, eat well at lunch and eat less at dinner."

Breakfast: Pay attention not only to quantity, but also to quality, so it is recommended to be full at seven minutes.

Lunch: Eat at noon, but it doesn't mean overeating. Generally, it's enough to eat until eight or nine points are full.

Dinner: Dinner is close to bedtime. Don't eat too much. Just be full at six or seven. Be careful not to eat sweets at night.
