Soxhlet extractor, also known as fat extractor or fat extractor, is a solid-liquid extraction instrument which uses the principle of solvent reflux and siphon to continuously extract solid substances with pure solvent.

Soxhlet extractor consists of three parts: extraction bottle, extraction tube and condenser. There are siphon pipes and connecting pipes on both sides of the extraction pipe, and the joints of each part should be tight to avoid leakage. It has the characteristics of less solvent consumption and high efficiency.
