Line 9 stops at Sheshan Station, and there is a free shuttle bus across the street to Happy Valley. You can also try to rent a free bike to ride in cool weather (cycling on unfamiliar roads in summer is not recommended).
If you use the Shanghai Travel Card (a credit card handled by all major banks in Shanghai) to buy tickets for Happy Valley, you only need 100 yuan each, and you can only buy two tickets per day for one card. Many people can apply for more cards.

There is no car coming down from Sijing. You can't walk down from Tokyo 100 meters.
You need to change when you get off in Tokyo. 1. Get off at Shangshe Special Line (Caoxi Road Bus Hub), Husongkun Line and Nanshe Special Line (nanpu bridge), and get off at Renmin North Road (Happy Valley) on Shenzhuan Highway, and follow the signs to drive north for about 300 meters; 2. Get off at Chensong Line (Ledu Road Bus Station), Zhongsong Line (Songjiang Railway Station) and Songqing Special Line (Songjiang East Station), get off at Renmin North Road (Happy Valley) on Shenzhuan Highway, and follow the signs to drive north for about 300 meters.
Get off at Shiqing Line and Nanqing Line, get off at Renmin North Road (Happy Valley) on Shenzhuan Highway, and walk north for about 300 meters.
The Shanghai-Chen line (West Bus Station) is not available. Shanghai-Chen Line can transfer to Sheshan Light Rail Station for free shuttle bus to Happy Valley, and Shanghai-Chen Line can also transfer to Sheshan Golf and Yuehu to Sheshan Tourism Ring Road for free.
