About the author:
Professor Hong Zhaoguang is currently the chairman of the Cardiovascular Expert Committee of China Geriatric Health Care Association, the deputy head of the National Leading Group for Cardiovascular Disease Prevention and Treatment, and the researcher, professor and chief physician of Beijing anzhen hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. He was hired as the chief health expert of "Meeting Healthy Communities" organized by the Central Civilization Office and the Ministry of Health. In 1970s, he cooperated with Professor Hua to develop "Beijing Jiangya No.0". He has written and edited ten works by Yu Ben, such as Practical Hypertension, and published more than 100 academic papers and more than 500 popular science articles.
