(1) shaking table culture method, that is, microorganisms are inoculated into a triangular flask filled with liquid culture medium, and then placed on a shaking table in a constant temperature culture room for rhythmic oscillation, so that air can continuously enter the culture medium and promote its good growth;
(2) Shallow plate culture method, also known as surface culture method, puts shallow culture medium in the plate to make microorganisms fully contact with air, which is beneficial to growth and reproduction, but this method requires a large space and is easy to pollute miscellaneous bacteria;
(3) Submerged culture method is suitable for large-scale fermentation culture of aerobic microorganisms. In a large volume of liquid culture medium, sterile air is introduced and continuously stirred, so that microorganisms can fully contact with the air, multiply rapidly and accumulate metabolites. The second is anaerobic microbial culture. Chemical reducing agents or air pumps are commonly used in laboratories to remove molecular oxygen from the culture medium, and static deep culture is also available. Closed fermentor or unventilated solid fermentation method is often used in production.
