Ningde normal university is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. The school, formerly known as Fuan Teachers College, was built in 1958. 1978 changed its name to ningde normal university when classes resumed, and/kloc-0 changed its name to ningde normal university in March 1994. On March 20 10, ningde normal university was approved to be upgraded to undergraduate level.
