The original text and translation of Neijing are as follows:

Once upon a time, Huang Di was born smart. He was good at talking when he was very young. When he was young, he grasped the things around him quickly. When he grew up, he was honest and diligent, and became the son of heaven as an adult. He asked Qi Bo: I heard that people in ancient times were over 100 years old and showed no signs of aging; Nowadays, people have just turned half a hundred, but their movements are very weak. Is this caused by different times or because people nowadays can't keep in good health?

Qi Bo replied: People who knew how to keep in good health in ancient times were able to adapt and reconcile the methods of keeping in good health according to the natural changes of Yin and Yang in heaven and earth, so as to reach the correct standard. Eat moderately, work and rest regularly, do not act rashly, and avoid excessive sexual intercourse. So I can live in harmony and unity, live to the natural age of talent, and die when I am over 100.

People nowadays are not like this. They regard wine as water slurry, drink too much, make abnormal life a habit, get drunk and indulge, exhaust the yin essence because of wanton indulgence, dissipate the true qi because of satisfying hobbies, carelessly keep the essence full, are not good at controlling the spirit, but pursue the instantaneous agility of the mind, which violates the laws of life and work, so they will age in half a century.
