As a noun and term, nutrition has been widely used, but its exact definition may not be accurately understood. And this energy comes from food. As we all know, the energy of living things comes from the radiant energy of the sun. Among them, plants absorb and utilize solar radiation energy through chlorophyll, and synthesize carbon dioxide and water into carbohydrates through photosynthesis; Plants can also absorb and utilize solar radiation energy to synthesize lipids and protein. Animals eat plants, in fact, indirectly absorb and use the solar radiation energy of plants, while humans get the energy they need by ingesting animal and plant food. Adhering to the principle of balanced nutrition and scientific catering means reasonable selection and matching according to the shape, structure, chemical composition, nutritional value and physical and chemical properties of food.
