According to the website of Luoyang 99-year-old Vita Vinegar official website, "99-year-old Vita Vinegar" was produced by Luoyang 99-year-old Vinegar Health Products Co., Ltd. and approved as a health food on June 1996. At present, the website has deleted the advertisement marked "99-year-old Vita Vinegar" mentioned in the notice.

According to the circular, 10 health food advertisements have some problems, such as unscientific efficacy assertion, expanding the promotion of cure rate or efficiency, and using patients' names or images as efficacy certificates, which deceive and mislead consumers and seriously endanger public food and drug safety.
