On Yin and Yang in Huangdi Neijing: If we can know seven damages and eight benefits, then the two can be adjusted.
Huangdi Neijing is divided into two parts: sh and Su Wen. It is the earliest medical classic in China and one of the four classic works of traditional medicine. The other three books are Huangdi's Difficult Classics, Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and Shennong's Herbal Classics.

Today, let's talk about one of them, "Yin and Yang should be alike":

"Yin and Yang" is the most important concept in the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine. As for the word "should be like", "should" refers to the corresponding meaning and "image" refers to the phenomenon; That is to say, with "Yin and Yang" as the core, all phenomena in the universe and the image of human life are in one-to-one correspondence:

If we can know the seven losses and eight benefits, the two can be adjusted; if we can know the truth of "seven losses and eight benefits", we can reconcile yin and yang.

If you don't know how to use this, you will be premature: if you don't know this, you will be premature.

What is a seven-loss?

One is closed, the other is venting, the third is thirsty, the fourth is not, the fifth is annoying, the sixth is absolutely, and the seventh is expensive.

The first is vas deferens occlusion; The second is sweating and exhaustion of essence; Third, excessive indulgence, qi and blood failure; The fourth is impotence; The fifth is that I am unhappy; Sixth, there is no sexual compulsion; Seventh, it is a quick plan and a waste of energy.

What is eight benefits?

One is to treat qi, the other is to cause foam, the third is to know the time, the fourth is to anger the beast, the fifth is to anger the foam, the sixth is to accumulate gas, the seventh is to be surplus, and the eighth is to be oblique.

The first is fine tuning; The second is to produce fluid; The third is to seize the opportunity; The fourth is to nourish the essence; The fifth is to reconcile the vulva; Sixth, accumulate essence; Seventh, keep full; The eighth is to prevent impotence.

Forty years old, half of Yin Qi, the decline of daily life: forty years old, the decline of kidney qi by half, the decline of daily life activities.

At fifty, your weight, eyes and ears are not smart; at fifty, your body becomes heavy, deaf and blind.

60-year-old yin flaccidity and qi deficiency: 60-year-old "yin flaccidity" refers to atrophy of human genitals, loss of function and kidney qi failure.

The nine orifices are unfavorable, and the lower deficiency is superior to the real, and tears are all coming out: the function of the nine orifices is unfavorable, and the phenomenon of "lower deficiency is superior to the real" appears; There have been aging phenomena such as runny nose and tears.

Knowing is strong, but not knowing is old: those who know how to reconcile yin and yang and men and women are strong; People who don't know how to reconcile yin and yang are prone to aging.

Wise men see the same, fools see different: wise men always grasp the same essence from superficial differences; And stupid people, always do not seek the essence, only look at the superficial differences.

Fools are not enough, but wise men are more than enough: fools often feel physically exhausted, while wise men often feel energetic.

If you have enough energy, you will have a bright ear and a strong body.

The old are rejuvenated, and the strong benefit from treatment: even if the body is aging, it can regain its youthful appearance; And strong people will be stronger.

Is to do nothing with saints: saints should do nothing, and "inaction" is not "inaction, inaction"; Don't be reckless, don't be artificial, and do things naturally.

Ability to be happy: regard a calm and peaceful state as the greatest happiness and enjoyment in life.

Faster than desire, aiming at nothingness: keep an empty mind, be carefree and live a happy life.

Therefore, endless life ends in heaven and earth: only in this way can life be endless and always be with heaven and earth.

This sage treats the body: this is the method of sage's health preservation.

The theory of yin-yang correspondence tells us that the laws of human life activities and life phenomena can be induced and corresponding to the ups and downs of "yin-yang, four seasons and five elements" in nature.

Yin and Yang of heaven and earth, Yin and Yang of human body, all phenomena are mutual correspondence and mutual induction.
