Food: 200g of pure milk, 20g of cassava starch, 30g of fine sugar, 25g of mung bean, 25g of adzuki bean, 0/60g of water, 0/0g of brown sugar/kloc, and 80g of boiled water. Fruit cereal is suitable.
1. First, stir 10g brown sugar and 80g boiled water until the brown sugar is completely dissolved, then cool the brown sugar indoors, and then send it to the cold room for later use.
2. Then wash adzuki beans and mung beans, pour them into an electric pressure cooker, add 14g fine sugar and 160g cold water, cover the outer cover tightly, and keep the low voltage for 25min. If you cook red mung beans in an ordinary pot, it is recommended to soak them overnight in advance, which is easier to boil.
3. When red beans and mung beans are fried, everyone will make a sesame cake. Pour 200 grams of milk, 20 grams of cassava starch and 0/6 grams of fine sugar into the pot, turn on a small fire and cook while mixing.
4. Cook until the liquid becomes sticky. When you lift the dough with a scraper, you can pull out a thin strip, and it is not easy to break, which means it is cooked.
5. Pour the cooked sesame cake into a bowl, let the indoor temperature cool, and then send it to the refrigerator 1 hour.
6. Filter the boiled adzuki beans and mung beans with a sieve to remove unnecessary moisture, then pour them into the hot pot bowl, then pour in the previously frozen brown sugar water, and finally sprinkle with fruit cereal to enjoy.
Brown sugar, fresh milk and mashed potatoes are all ready, and its refreshing feeling is just right. It's really refreshing to have a bowl, especially for clearing away heat and promoting diuresis.
