Hello, traumatic toe fracture can be treated with plaster external fixation if there is no obvious dislocation. After 4 weeks of plaster external fixation, a film should be taken for review. If the fracture heals well, you can remove the plaster and start practicing walking with crutches.
Suggestion:
It is suggested that you can soak your feet with hot water to promote blood circulation, or take a shower. It can promote the smooth blood circulation of soft tissue of foot and recover strongly from soft tissue contusion.
