And those who do not seek rigidity and softness, but seek goodness, even the principle of Tai Chi is the same, and it is difficult to cover it abruptly.
However, if we think about the sacredness of ancient times, the people who can invent the principle of Taiji are nothing more than Bao, Shi Xia, He Tu and Luo Shu. Treasure it! My knowledge is too shallow to understand its meaning. His book is the most profound and difficult to explain. Yuhetu and Luo Shu didn't disclose a word. And those who are particularly good at the intricate yin and yang, the change of six hexagrams and the five elements handed down by Shen Yu steal one in ten thousand.

This also shows that the theory of Tai Chi is exquisite and vivid, which makes everything suitable and users have their own ideas. Taiji's way of keeping fit
1. Comb your hair with your fingers: rub your hands together for 36 times to keep your palms warm, then comb with ten fingertips from the front hairline up to Baihui point, then down to the back neck, inhale when you comb up, and exhale when you comb down, for a total of 36 times. Has the effects of refreshing mind, preventing neurasthenia, and resisting cerebral arteriosclerosis.
Second, wipe your hands: wipe your forehead with the palms and roots of your hands up for 36 times.
Third, finger tapping Baihui point: the fingertips of both hands and fingers moderately tap the top of the head from the center of the front hairline to the back of the neck, tapping 36 times.
Fourth, shake your head: the head and neck droop, slowly swing to the left and right sides to the maximum, and try to pull the neck muscles for 36 times.
Five, facial wiping: put your hands on your cheeks, your index finger next to your nose, and then from bottom to top, from inside to outside, your hands inhale upwards, exhale downwards, and wipe your face 36 times.
6. Turn your eyes: the eyes are slightly closed, and the eyeballs rotate from left to right for 36 times and then in the opposite direction for 36 times. This method is very effective in strengthening the eyes and exercising their flexibility.
Seven, air application: two palms are opposite, about a foot from the chest. If you hold a ball, gather the essence of heaven and earth in the palm of your hand, and then slowly open and close the palm of your hand to draw air and rotate to knead the air. When you feel the feeling of Tai Chi mixing vitality between your hands, slowly squeeze or rotate the air close to your eyes.
Eight, fingers rubbing the sun: put two fingers out of your hands, press your thumb on the fingernails of the ring finger and the little finger, and press this sword finger on the temples on both sides of your head respectively, rubbing clockwise and counterclockwise for 36 times.
Nine, thenar rubbing nose: After the thenar muscles below the thumb roots of both hands are warm, rub them up from Xiang Ying point next to the nose to the eyebrows, and then rub them back to Xiang Ying point for 36 times. The method has certain curative effect on preventing and treating influenza or rhinitis.
Ten, drum sound: cover the ear hole with the palms of both hands, put the thumb on the back of the neck, and put the other four fingers on the back of the head, then slide the index finger down from the middle finger and pat the back of the head. At this time, drums sounded in my ears. After doing it for 36 times, my hands suddenly loosened to both sides, my eyes suddenly opened, and I immediately felt hearing and vision. Then plug the ear hole with your middle finger, rotate it back and forth for 6 times, and then let go and flash your ear. If this method is practiced frequently, it has a good effect on tinnitus and deafness.

Conditioning of neck muscles: first, put your fingers across the back neck, hold the neck muscles with the palm roots, and pull them up for 36 times, then hold the two major muscles (trapezius muscles) of the back neck with your hands and fingers, and knead them from top to bottom for 36 times.
Twelve, the red dragon stirs the sea: the tongue stirs 36 times from left to right in the mouth, and then stirs 36 times in the opposite direction. The saliva produced in the mouth is called "golden law and jade liquid", which is slowly swallowed in three mouthfuls (ideas represent essence, qi and spirit respectively), and is called "jade liquid belongs to Dan". Regular practice has a unique effect on pharyngitis, oral ulcer and oral odor.
Thirteen, drum gargle pharynx body fluid: close your mouth and drum your cheeks. If your mouth contains clear water, stir your cheeks 36 times like gargle, and the body fluid produced in your mouth is slowly swallowed into Dantian in three mouthfuls.
Fourteen, knocking on the teeth and strengthening the kidney: the mouth is lightly closed, and the front and rear teeth are knocked up and down 36 times. In addition, biting the front teeth when urinating and biting the back teeth when defecating are all silent. Chinese medicine believes that teeth are not just kidneys, so knocking teeth every day can strengthen the kidney and teeth.
15. Keep your chest wide and smooth: stretch out your middle finger, hold the second knuckle with your thumb and forefinger, and bend your ring finger and little finger on your palm. Then use this needling finger to tap the Dantian point between the two nipples for 36 times quickly, and then press it clockwise and counterclockwise for 6 times respectively. Then, use two thumbs to stroke down from the acupoint to the outside of the groin, and exhale deeply and slowly at the same time, with your mind. This type is done 9 times after tapping the left and right hands respectively.
16. Abdominal varus: put your hands on the lower abdomen, the male left hand on the abdomen, and the female right hand on the abdomen. Knead the abdomen 36 times clockwise and counterclockwise, pay attention to inhale when walking with both hands, exhale when squatting, and rotate in the abdomen with your mind.
Twisting silk with both hands: put your hands on both sides of your waist, turn 36 times before and 36 times after. This technique can not only practice the flexibility of the wrist, but also be one of the Chen Tai Chi grasping methods.
18. Turn waist to hip: put your right arm on the back neck and your left arm on the back waist, then turn left, keep your eyes on the heel of your right foot, turn 9 times and turn 9 times in the opposite direction. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the waist is the house of the kidney, and the waist rotates the kidney, so rotating the waist to the buttocks can effectively prevent and treat diseases such as kidney deficiency and low back pain.

Ascending the Clear and Descending the Turbidity: Put your fingertips downward at Guanyuan point in Xiadantian, then slowly squat down your legs, and at the same time, put your hands down along your knees, calves and ankles, and pass through your thighs, so that your thoughts can be guided by your hands to turn the turbid qi in your whole body from Yongquan point in your feet into nothingness, and then return to Xiadantian with your hands according to the original route, and your thoughts will introduce the essence of the earth into your whole body. Do it nine times in a row.
Twenty, finger force: the little finger is straight, the other four fingers are close together, and then the little finger is forcibly hooked 8 1 time. According to the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the little finger is the end of the meridian where the hand is deficient in yin, so doing this work often has the function of strengthening the heart by following the meridian. In addition, using a thumb (two inches above the wrist) to rub Neiguan point 8 1 time, changing hands is the same, which has the same cardiotonic effect.

Twenty-five, pinching the ear: Chinese medicine theory believes that the ear is like an inverted baby, which is the "miniature point" of various tissues and organs of the human body, so repeatedly pinching the whole ear with both hands has the effect of conditioning the whole body.
