There are many reasons for high transaminase, but a little higher is of little significance. It can be high under many physiological conditions, such as strenuous exercise and female menstrual period. Drinking alcohol, taking some drugs and having a fever can also increase transaminase. It may have an impact, but it doesn't matter. If there are no other problems, you can take some enzymes, such as biphenyl diester. It has little to do with the quality of drinking water.
