Shulijiangzhuo decoction (Dionysus No.2)

Composition: Bupleurum chinense 12g, Scutellariae Radix 10g, Codonopsis pilosula 12g, Ginger 6g, Jiang Banxia 10g, Polyporus 20g, Alisma orientalis 15g, Poria cocos 15g, Atractylodes macrocephala/kloc-.

Function: dredge triple energizer, eliminate dampness and turbidity, move up and down, and preserve kidney qi.

Indications: Spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency, water stagnation and damp heat, unfavorable gasification of triple energizer, and dysfunction of ascending and descending.

Compatibility analysis: Shulijiangzhuo decoction is made of Xiaochaihu decoction, Wuling powder and Dahuang Fuzi decoction. Xiaochaihu decoction comes from Treatise on Febrile Diseases and is mainly used to treat shaoyang syndrome caused by pathogenic factors, stagnation of gallbladder fire and unfavorable cardinal. In Treatise on Febrile Diseases, "Xiaochaihu Decoction" is also a medicine for harmonizing exterior and interior. Wuling powder is used in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, which is mainly used to treat the syndrome of water accumulation caused by diseases of meridians and viscera, and the gasification of bladder in viscera is unfavorable. Conducive to the efficacy of water infiltration and warming yang and transforming qi. It means "divide the benefits to show yin and yang". Dahuang Fuzi decoction is mainly used to treat cold pathogen in synopsis of the golden chamber, which has the effects of warming the middle warmer to dispel cold, relaxing bowels and relieving pain. Zhang Lu believes that "Dahuang Fuzi Decoction" is a combination of cold and heat, with both rigidity and softness.
