① Pathogenesis
Gallbladder stones are mainly cholesterol stones or mixed stones dominated by cholesterol. The main mechanism of its formation is the change of bile physical and chemical composition, the decrease of bile acid pool and the increase of cholesterol concentration.
② Diet and health care
Patients with gallstones should eat coarse grains, fresh vegetables, garlic, onions, mushrooms, fungus, corn stigma, wheat bran and other foods that can lower cholesterol. Eat vegetables rich in vitamin A or vitamin K: carrots, tomatoes, spinach, lettuce, soybeans and green peas rich in vitamin A.
Avoid high-fat foods, lard, fried foods and oil cakes. Avoid spicy condiments, such as pepper, pepper, Chili oil, spiced powder, pepper, spicy tofu, curry and so on. Avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee, strong tea, margarine, soda water, sugar products and chocolate.
Therefore, patients with gallstones can drink light tea properly, but avoid drinking strong tea.
