When making taro balls, why is it cooked outside and white inside?
When you cook taro balls, the white core inside means they are not cooked. When you cook them in hot water, you must cook the layers first. The correct cooking method is as follows:

Preparation materials: taro, milk 250ml, sugar10g, whipped cream 50ml, condensed milk 2tbsp.

First, prepare the taro balls to be cooked.

2. Add 1L water into the health pot, use the "boiling" function to boil the water, then put jiaozi into it respectively, and use the "boiling" procedure for three times to boil the jiaozi.

3. After the meatballs are taken out, immediately throw them into ice water, soak them for about 30 seconds and take them out.

4. Add whipped cream and sugar to the milk, use the semi-boiling function to cook until the milk is slightly hot, and stir until the sugar melts.

5. Pour the liquid on the taro, add two spoonfuls of honey beans, and finally pour condensed milk on the surface to eat.
