3. It can cultivate students' good habit of going to bed early and getting up early: college students have relatively free time and their self-discipline is not very high. Many students don't sleep at night, can't get up in the morning, and have no spirit in class. This phenomenon of upside down and irregular work and rest is very common in universities. If morning exercises are arranged, it may be difficult for students to go to bed late and get up early. In the long run, students may form a good habit of going to bed early and getting up early. Moreover, after going to bed early and getting up early, the routine of life becomes regular, which will make college time more organized and no longer lazy.
