1, peeled wax gourd and cut into pieces (our family bought more wax gourd, which is only over two kilograms)
2. Wash the shrimps, dry them and pour them into a bowl. Add cooking wine, salt, chicken essence and starch and mix well.
3. Cook the wax gourd in boiling water until it is 70% mature.
4. Heat the oil to 30% heat, pour in the shrimps, stir fry quickly until it turns pink, then take it out and put it aside.
5. Start the pot again, add pepper and stir-fry, remove pepper and add chopped green onion, then add scalded wax gourd and stir-fry, and add a little salt chicken essence and starch.
6. Add shrimps and continue to stir fry for one minute. Fried shrimps with fresh winter melon.
