Commercial housing is a big property house.

Commercial housing rose in China in 1980s. Cash sales conditions

According to the relevant provisions of the state, the sale of commercial housing shall meet the following conditions:

(1) The real estate development enterprise that sells commercial housing now shall have the business license of enterprise legal person and the qualification certificate of real estate development enterprise.
