Liu Qinghe: Why did you choose to brew yellow rice wine?
Wang Hongsen: Here, I would like to thank a person in particular, who is also my noble and benefactor, Mr. Li Ce.
Before making yellow rice wine, I was still in the business of food agency and liquor. At that time, I also encountered a bottleneck, the market could not be opened, it was not easy to do, and I was thinking about how to transform.
On 20 15, I met Mr. Li Ce in an activity of a wine association. Mr. Li Ce is a member of the Expert Committee of the Provincial Wine Association and the founder of Zhengzhou Brewery. After a conversation, Mr. Li Ce introduced me to yellow rice wine, especially the red millet rice wine in Nanyang.
When Teacher Li Ce told me about yellow rice wine, I was dubious at that time, because I had never drunk it and had little contact with it. I always feel that southerners drink less wine than northerners.
But at that time, a word from teacher Li Ce touched me. He said that although the sales volume of rice wine is very small now, he is optimistic about the future of rice wine, and rice wine will surely usher in its spring.
Judging from the general trend, the state also strongly advocates supporting the big health industry. Yellow rice wine is a kind of health-preserving, low-alcohol and popular wine.
