1, about vegetarian food

I have been a vegetarian myself for three years, and I may still feel a little scared in a year or so now, but I was much healthier before eating meat.

Ps: The bosses of industrial chickens need them to grow up quickly and not get sick, so they are fed many chemicals such as hormones (fertility promotion) and antibiotics (disease prevention). Chicken and eggs contain this kind of thing. If you eat it, I really don't know whether it is nutritious or medicinal. Please think twice.
