However, after reading this book, you may have the feeling of being hit in the face: "The human brain is an extremely inefficient organ." From the beginning, the author expressed his views, and on this basis, he demonstrated them from the aspects of feeling, emotion, love, sex, sleep and religion. At first glance, his point of view is a bit strange, but on second thought, it makes sense logically.
