Introduction to Zen Taiji
Zen Tai Chi, also known as Zen Heart Boxing, is a health-keeping exercise initiated by Huiguang laymen. Zen Taiji originated from the mysterious and rare Buddhist Compassion Boxing, which originated from the Buddhist tantric secret method "Compassion Mantra". Great compassion boxing has been passed down for thousands of years and is hidden in Buddhism, so the world knows little about it! Originally, Mercy Boxing was not a kind of boxing, but a Buddhist tantric Dalagni practiced rituals, requiring practitioners to close their bodies, recite incantations and meditate, so as to achieve the corresponding three secrets, and finally abandon evil and do good and turn it into enlightenment. If only from the appearance, the early Great Compassion Boxing is more like Indian yoga introduced into China with Buddhism, and its posture is closer to the Buddha-Bodhisattva statue shown in the Great Compassion Sutra.
