What's the difference between Shen Si soup and Sijunzi soup?
The main difference between Shen Si Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction lies in the composition of medicinal materials. Shen Si Decoction is a soup made of Poria cocos, Chinese yam, lotus seeds and Euryale ferox seeds (or coix seed). Sijunzi decoction consists of ginseng (replaced by codonopsis pilosula, which is more suitable for daily drinking), Poria, Atractylodes macrocephala and Glycyrrhiza uralensis.

Shen Si soup is a health drink, and it is also suitable for drinking next summer. Shen Si soup can be taken for a long time, but not every day. It is best to take it at intervals, a few days or a week. It is ok to take it intermittently for a long time, but it also needs a proper amount.

It should be noted that some dried lotus seeds will have bitter pits, so you can check them before use. If there is still a bitter nucleus, it can be pulled out with a fine needle. When drinking Shen Si soup, you should be careful not to take it with other drugs at the same time. The diet should be light and avoid alcohol, tobacco and spicy meat.
