I like to be alone when I am unhappy, listening to my favorite sad songs, listening to them over and over again until I burst into tears, and then smiling when I go out to meet people.

At my age, I am in my early 30 s, my parents are alive, I am married and have children, and I have an ordinary job. It should be the most comfortable period in my life, but I have to worry about the near future. For example, in first-tier cities, I don't have a house, a car or an account, my husband doesn't have much fighting spirit, my husband and wife don't communicate well, and my children have poor grades, which makes me very unhappy. When I am unhappy, I will make the following solutions:
1. Eating snacks, people say that food is the best way to vent, and all grievances, injustices and anger are eaten and destroyed.
2. Chasing the drama, the soap brush can pass the time, temporarily forget the reality, and only laugh and cry for the people in the drama.
3. Shopping, the so-called disagreement, then spend it, be kind to yourself and reward yourself more.

7. Go to sleep, go to sleep, the big things will become small things tomorrow, and the unhappy things will become stories tomorrow.
8. Running, galloping and exercising make people release all unhappiness. It is said that there is always a soul and physical strength on the road.
