Whole body massage
1. neck massage: patients should take a sitting position or a prone position from top to bottom to avoid violence.

(1) Push method: Push both hands at the lower jaw or thumb along both sides of the cervical vertebra and the cervical vertebra from top to bottom to the shoulder, and repeat for 3-5 times;

(2) grip method: hold it to the shoulder with one hand or both hands and repeat it for 3-5 times;

(3) Bend your knees, 5-8 times in each part of the leg-quadriceps femoris-thigh muscles;

(4) Acupoints: Zhongmen, Shi Feng, Yinlingquan, Zusanli, Weizhong, Sanyinjiao, Hanging Bell and Kunlun (Inner Taixi and Outer Kunlun);

5. Upper limb massage: supine position or sitting position.

(1) Push method: Push hand-shoulder, front, back, inside, outside and back from bottom to top, and repeat 3-5 times on each side;

(2) Kneading method: Knead the ligaments of wrist, elbow and shoulder;

(3) Kneading: forearm-shoulder, 5-8 times for each part;

(4) Acupoints: Hegu, Neiguan, Waiguan, Quchi and Shoujing;

(5) tapping: tapping and cutting from bottom to top, repeating for 3-5 times;

(6) Traction: The order of shoulder, elbow and wrist is large and moderate.
