Mushroom and bamboo sun soup: clearing heat and purging fire, calming and lowering blood pressure
Ingredients: Dictyophora 30g, Tricholoma 30g, green leafy vegetables 20g, chicken soup 500ml, salt and chicken oil a little.

Practice washing Dictyophora and Tricholoma, and soaking in clear water; Dictyophora dictyophora is blanched in a boiling water pot to remove the odor, and then taken out and cut into long sections of about 3 cm; Slice the mushrooms.

Put the chicken soup in a pot and put it on the fire. Add salt and bring it to a boil. Add cooked green leafy vegetables, bamboo shoots and dried mushrooms, then boil them, put them in a soup bowl and pour in chicken oil.

Tricholoma is flat and sweet, and enters the lung and large intestine meridian.
