What does the Buddha mean by "body three" in chapter 42?
Body, mouth and heart are three industries, and three industries are three, forming ten industries. Ten industries are divided into good and evil, which is the cause of rise and fall, and scholars must observe it. From killing to Jaken, it is ten bad karma, and vice versa; Never killing, even Jaken, is one of the top ten good deeds. Those who hold ten good precepts have ten good precepts, and they are Mahayana precepts at home. Holding the ten good precepts without losing, there is no other practice in the world, and it is humane. Ten good deeds are the basic way for Buddhists to start, so they are briefly described as follows:

Don't kill: Although bedbugs, mosquitoes and flies can't be killed, they can be driven away or thrown away. Meat is associated with killing. If you can't eat meat for a while, you don't have to kill, but you can eat Sanjing meat. Three clean people, one does not see killing, two does not smell killing, and three does not doubt killing for me. The first two items are close to what Mencius called "a gentleman cooks far away", which is quite like stealing a clock. We must add a third item to make it harmless. Kill chickens, ducks, live fish, etc. I killed everything in the kitchen. Unless you kill me, you won't be seen or heard, which is different from those who just cook from afar! Seeing the new figure arguing, he said briefly: "There are countless microorganisms in water and air. In any case, people can't help drinking water and breathing air; When you drink water, countless creatures are killed in the water, and when you breathe, countless creatures are killed in the air. So, stopping killing is not an idiotic dream? " I don't know that although microorganisms in water and air were killed sincerely, they were all killed out of necessity, and there was no intention to kill them, let alone for my benefit. Is it like a carnivore, there is a vegetable valley for health, and killing again makes me quick? Therefore, although both of them are killing, they are both innocent and guilty, and they don't have to wait for the wise to tell.

Second, do not steal: it seems easy to keep, but in fact it is extremely difficult not to commit. What I got were thieves, not thieves, not robbers. For example, people who work in company offices occasionally write personal letters and take public seals at will. This is a very common thing, and I didn't know I had committed theft. Another example is sending mail, which costs less for printed matter and more for letters. If you put a small note in a printed book and write a simple sentence or two, but the book is still sent as printed matter, then you have committed theft. From this perspective, we should save money every day and not steal it.

Three don't commit adultery: if you have wives and concubines at home, you can't have sex. If you don't have a wife or concubine of your own, you should enter the adultery. More strictly speaking, even if you have a wife and concubine, but you don't want to have children, it's also adultery.

Four don't lie: it is one of the ten commandments that is extremely difficult to obey and the easiest to commit. If you don't know what you think you know, if you speculate, it's just nonsense. Businessmen do business, from foreign company names to shoulder-to-shoulder suppliers. If there was a bargain, they all lied a lot. If you buy short, create air, spread rumors, and especially profit from lies. I have tasted virtue and kept lies, but I haven't said a word or answered questions all the year round. If I have to speak, I will do it in writing. It's not surprising to say it, because it's easy for me to get involved in falsehood when I open my mouth.

Five no two tongues: one of the two tongues is also nonsense, that is, if you speak in two tones before confronting both sides, it is intended to please both sides. The two tones are different. Suppose one is true and the other is deceptive, not to mention the two are false. Ordinary lies only deceive the listener. Both tongues are used against both sides, which can make both sides hate each other more deeply. As for horizontal judgment, the crime of two tongues is especially greater than lying.

6. Don't swear: swearing is rude abuse, and formal swearing is of course swearing. There are many criminals in the agricultural and industrial classes, and women are also prone to commit crimes, such as' the dead'.

Seven ambiguous words: people who say ambiguous words want to listen well, and some use foul language.

Bajie: According to this scripture, you are not jealous, but the general rule is' not greedy', and jealousy seems to be included in the ninth resentment. It is also right to say that you should not give others the property, or deliberately delay or reduce it; Greed means that you shouldn't take it, or you want to take it, which are easy to ignore and commit.

Don't be angry: being angry is anger, as well as anger and resentment. It is appropriate to do things calmly. Taking action when you are angry will be extreme and easy to mess things up. Although there is corruption in personnel, resentment can never make corrupt things return to normal, then resentment is a lot of things, which will only hurt your ears. However, it is easy to commit crimes and my nature is also easy to get angry. As the saying goes, people who can't do it can do it. Confucius praised Yan Yuan for being studious because he would not get angry, so it is extremely difficult to get angry, but it is worse than not getting angry. But scholars should try their best to encourage themselves and forgive themselves for not helping Yan Zi.

Jaken: All people who believe in various heresies and religions other than Buddhism are Jaken. This non-Buddhist is narrow-minded and profound-minded, because only the knowledge of Buddha is correct knowledge, and it is natural for Jaken to look at other knowledge from the most correct Buddha. However, the evils range from shallow to deep, that is, in Buddhism, if you believe in two-way hearsay without practicing Mahayana, it also belongs to Jaken. There is a word "slowness" in Jaken, which means arrogance, and slowness means arrogance. If you don't realize it, you think you have. If you don't practice, you think you have learned. If you don't know, you think you know. They are all slow.
