Pu 'er tea is divided into raw and cooked, mainly because of the different technology. This did not exist before 1973. It was not until 1973 that Yunnan successfully invented the new technology of "pile fermentation" that Pu 'er cooked tea officially entered people's sight.
In a sense, Pu 'er cooked tea is artificially and quickly "ripened", which fills people's imagination space for similar old Pu 'er health preservation.
However, there are obvious differences in appearance, quality and efficacy between Pu 'er raw tea and cooked tea.
First, the appearance of tea.
Pu 'er cooked tea can be divided into loose tea and pressed tea, and most of them are pressed tea cakes in the market, which are reddish brown or dark black in color. Dry generally has a musty smell, some are old-fashioned, and there are jujube and camphor smells.
Pu 'er raw tea also includes loose tea and pressed tea. Tea is mainly turquoise or dark green, and it begins to turn yellow-brown and yellow-red with the increase of time and year. The dry taste is generally fragrant or fragrant, and gradually presents chestnut fragrance and old fragrance after the year.
Second, the production process.
Pu 'er cooked tea is the next process after artificial fermentation of sun-cured green tea, but Pu 'er raw tea does not have this process.
Third, the endoplasm of tea.
The color of Pu 'er cooked tea soup is dark red, and some people describe it as "soy sauce color". The entrance is mellow and soft, with a slight pile of flavor; The leaf base is reddish brown or dark brown.
Pu' er raw tea is cold, the tea soup is yellow-green, with strong taste, emitting a faint fragrance, bitter and astringent, and soon returning to sweetness; Yellow-green leaves with high activity.
Fourth, the efficacy of tea.
Puer cooked tea is mild after fermentation, and it has obvious effects of nourishing stomach, helping digestion and preventing "three highs" after long-term drinking.
Pu 'er raw tea (not aged) is cold and irritating, and has good effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting digestion and relaxing bowels, but its weight loss effect is obviously not as good as that of fermented cooked tea.
