1. After cleaning the chicken feet, cut off the chicken nails, cut the chicken feet in half with an oblique knife, and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to remove blood.
2. Add half a pot of water to the pot, put chicken feet into the pot with cold water, add cooking wine and ginger slices and cook for 8 minutes. Remove the chicken feet and soak them in cold water to cool down.
3. Slice lemon, about 0.5CM thick, and slice millet pepper, coriander and garlic.
4. Prepare a large bowl, pour in soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic slices, millet pepper, coriander and salt, mix well until saccharified, then pour in chicken feet and stir, cover with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours to make the chicken feet tasty, or refrigerate overnight for better taste.
