What is thai massage's main technique?
Thai massage mainly adopts the methods of point (pressing), kneading, pushing, rolling, knocking, kneeling and moving joints.

First, the point (pressure) method

Has the effects of promoting qi circulation, promoting blood circulation, relaxing muscles and tendons, activating collaterals, invigorating spleen and regulating stomach.

1, thumb point (pressing): press the thumb belly hard, and press it down gradually and hold it for several seconds.

2. Punch point (pressure): concentrate the two punches on the fist, and gradually force the bandits for a few seconds.

3, palm point (pressure): palm the root with both hands, and gradually press down hard for a few seconds.

4. Elbow point (pressure): With the elbow as the center, gradually press down hard for several seconds.

5, knee point (pressure): with the knee joint, gradually press down hard for a few seconds.

6, heel point (pressure): with the strength of the elbow joint, gradually push down hard and keep it for a few seconds.

Second, the kneading method

It has the functions of loosening adhesion, eliminating fatigue and relieving tension.

1, palm rubbing: the palm acts on the treatment site, with the elbow joint as the fulcrum to drive the forearm to rotate backwards, and the wrist and palm drive the underlying subcutaneous tissue to move together.

2. Thumb rubbing method: gently rub the ventral surface of thumb on the treatment site or acupoint to drive the subcutaneous tissue below to move together.

3. Kneading elbow: Gently press the elbow joint on the treatment site or acupoint to drive the subcutaneous tissue below to move together.

Third, the push method

It has the functions of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals.

1, Thumb Push: Push the thick part of the body muscle with the thumb pulp, close to the skin, apply a little force, with a steady and slow speed and even force, and push it back and forth in a straight line rhythmically.

2. Finger-toe push: Put your fingers on a certain part of your body, cling to your skin, apply a little force, and push back and forth rhythmically in a straight line at a steady, slow and even speed.

Fourth, the rolling method

Warming meridians and dredging collaterals, harmonizing qi and blood and relaxing joints have great effects.

1, thenar roll: it refers to the method of using the joint near the little finger to absorb and apply force to the body or acupoints, and then roll backwards to continue to apply force locally.

2, elbow roll: refers to the use of wrist joints to flex and rotate outside the arm, and the arm continues to exert local force on the treatment site continuously.

Five, tapping method

Has the effects of dredging channels and collaterals, removing blood stasis and relieving pain.

1. Knocking method: Hold an empty fist and knock at the bottom of the fist.

2. Shooting method: abduction with the thumb, and the other four fingers are close together and concave.

Six, kneeling back method

There are more muscle groups to relax and relieve tension.

1. Foot stepping on the back: it is a method of stepping on a certain part of the body, sticking to the skin, applying a little force, and advancing rhythmically in a straight line at a steady, slow speed and even strength.

2. Kneeling back method: Kneel on a certain part of the body, close to the skin, apply a little force, with a steady speed, slow speed and even force, and constantly push back and forth rhythmically.
