What is the cultivation method of Dendrobium?
1, soil

Dendrobium should be raised with loose and breathable soil. Sphagnum and charcoal can be mixed as their culture soil. At the same time, you can stick some tiles on the bottom of the pot, which will make its roots develop better.

2. Humidity

Dendrobium prefers humid environment, and sprinkle some water around it when it is particularly hot. In this way, the air humidity will increase, so be careful not to let the basin accumulate water in rainy days.

3. Temperature

It likes warmth, so it is best to keep the temperature at 15-28℃ at ordinary times, and the temperature difference between day and night is relatively large, because if the temperature difference is small, its growth and flowering will be affected.

4. Lighting equipment

It prefers a semi-cloudy environment, and it should be shaded and covered more in spring and summer, about 60%-70%. But in winter, we should give it more light without shading, and if we want shading, it will be 20%-30%.

5, fertilization

Fertilize it twice a year in the second year, and in April for the first time, you can use pig hair and bean dregs. After fermentation, apply it to the roots to help the buds grow better. The second time was in 1 1 month, applying fertilizer in the same way.

Matters needing attention in cultivating Dendrobium

1, water. Water more in spring and summer and less after September.

2, pruning. Pay attention to observation at ordinary times, and cut off old branches, weak branches and too dense branches in time.

3. Change pots. It will be changed in two or three years to give it better growth conditions.
