Preparatory breathing method: stand step by step, shift the center of gravity to the right leg, lift (suck) the left foot, and then start (shout); The arms rotate inward, the palms swing obliquely downward, the palms are backward (sucking), and the legs are slightly bent. At the same time, the arms rotate outward and close (breathe) in front of the abdomen. Ask the whole body to relax, calm down, lift the head along the neck, sink the shoulders and hang the elbows, and stay in the abdomen.

The first breathing method: the legs are slightly flexed, the palms are inserted, the legs are slowly straightened, and the hands are lifted up through the internal rotation of the chest until the palms are up (inhaling), the arms continue to be lifted up, the elbow joints are straightened, and the chest expansion (holding the breath) is slightly paused; Slowly lower your body's center of gravity, separate your hands, hang your arms to your sides and hold them in front of your abdomen (shout).

Two breathing methods: the body center of gravity moves to the right and the left foot opens to the left; At the same time, the palms are crossed upward on the chest (sucking), the legs are slowly bent into a standing position, and the hands are open (breathing). Close your feet and restore.
