In the southwest of China, when the drought that never happened in 60 years made it difficult for more than 20 million people to drink water, the new and old painters of Yinchuan Painting and Calligraphy Institute launched the charity sale for disaster relief. This is a continuation of the 5. 12 earthquake relief action in Yinchuan literary and art circles, and also a continuation of the public welfare tradition in Yinchuan literary and art circles.
