In my experience, it usually takes 4000 jumps from 8 pm, and it usually takes half an hour for 4000 jumps. After jumping, I will do some stretching exercises, then run the stairs, from the first floor to the eighth floor, and back and forth four times. Then I will do some relaxation exercises, and then I will do 50 sit-ups. That's it. One night's exercise needs 1 hour. Also, I should try not to eat anything with too high a calorie and mind my mouth.
Losing weight is really tiring. Hold on. That was eight years ago. I started working out again half a month ago. I just run for half an hour every night, but it doesn't work at all. I'd better jump rope.
