Hepatobiliary, pancreatic and spleen
Hello:

B-ultrasound of your liver, gallbladder, spleen and pancreas showed no obvious lesions. By checking the two halves of hepatitis B, we can know the small three-yang nature of hepatitis B.

There are no signs of cirrhosis or liver cancer at present. But I want to remind you that if the liver and other organs are found to have problems through B-ultrasound, it will be too late.

So don't check B-ultrasound and hepatitis B alone. To nip liver cirrhosis and liver cancer in the cradle, you must check liver function and AFP. By checking AFP, you can know whether there is liver cancer more than half a year in advance. If the liver function test and transaminase are abnormal, we must always take the method of reducing transaminase to ensure the normal metabolic function of the liver.

Special suggestions:

First, life should be regular, go to bed early and get up early, don't stay up late and exercise properly.

Second, the diet should be reasonable, eat more fruits and vegetables, eat more beans and foods from protein, do not eat spicy, pickled and preservative-rich foods, and supplement vitamin C appropriately. Never! You can't drink. No smoking!

Third, we must go to the hospital regularly to check the liver function, and do liver color ultrasound every six months.

Fourth, keep a positive and optimistic attitude to live and work, and wish you good health.
