Steps of crispy black tofu
1.? Prepare materials and wash coriander for later use;
2.? Cut coriander into small pieces, chop peanuts, and cut homemade black tofu into small squares;
3.? Boil the pot with water and add 1 teaspoon salt;
4.? Adding bean curd, and precooking to remove the beany smell;
5.? Take out the tofu, drain the water and let it cool for later use;
6.? Put tofu in a plate and sprinkle with coriander;
7.? Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to a small bowl;
