2. When learning to stand piles, you can start from 5 minutes and gradually extend it to 40 minutes or 1 hour.

3. Breathing of the standing pile Natural breathing should be carried out at the beginning of the standing pile. After standing the pile for a period of time, you can take abdominal breathing, or alternate natural breathing and abdominal breathing. But be sure to breathe softly and naturally, and don't force it.

3. Precautions for standing piles ① The posture selection of standing piles must vary from person to person, but no matter which posture you choose, you should keep the state of "loose and unremitting, tight but not stiff".

(2) When practicing standing piles outdoors, you should choose a safe and flat place with elegant environment and fresh air, and stand against the wind. When the wind is strong, it is not suitable to practice standing piles outdoors; When practicing standing piles indoors, you must pay attention to the ventilation of windows and the quiet environment.

③ Don't practice standing piles when you are hungry before meals, or within 40 minutes after meals, or when you are emotional or tired.
