Is shrimp a cold food?
Shrimp belongs to cold food. Whether it is sea shrimp or river shrimp, eating too much may lead to cold pathogen stagnation in the gastrointestinal tract, which in turn leads to abdominal pain and diarrhea. And shrimp contains a lot of protein, which is a kind of hair.
