Vegetables: tofu, mushrooms, Flammulina velutipes, eggplant, white radish, lettuce, kohlrabi, day lily, mung bean sprouts, cucumber, loofah, wax gourd, watermelon peel, sweet potato, rape, spinach, amaranth, celery, radish sprouts and green bitter gourd.
Fruits: apple, pear, orange, orange, loquat, water chestnut, strawberry, Siraitia grosvenorii, watermelon, kiwi, pear, peach, mulberry, water chestnut, banana, persimmon, persimmon and grapefruit.
Meat: pigskin, lard, white goose oil, sesame oil, tea oil, sheep liver, ox hoof, snail (cold), crab, clam, snail, oyster meat, pig bone marrow (intestine, brain, pancreas and spleen), duck blood, horse meat and duck. Others: salt, soy sauce, ice, honeysuckle, balsam pear tea and kudingcha.
