6. Please don't move after applying mud moxibustion. The effective time of mud moxibustion is 45 minutes. Please keep it for 45 minutes;

After 7.45 minutes, remove the mud moxibustion. If there are crystals and other rubbish on the surface of mud moxibustion, please brush it clean with a brush, and then put it in the box again for later use.
