(2) After the acute attack, the patient's abdominal pain and vomiting basically disappeared, and there was no obvious tenderness in the abdomen before eating a small amount of low-protein and high-carbohydrate food completely free of fat. At this time, the nutritional components in the diet are unbalanced, and the calories and various nutritional components are low, so it is not suitable for long-term consumption. At this stage, you can eat rice soup, fruit juice, tomato juice, vegetable juice, lotus root starch, almond tea, fried rice, protein water, mung bean soup and so on. Fasting high-fat liquid diet, such as broth, milk, soybean milk, egg yolk, etc.

Carbohydrate needs to be fully supplied, but it depends on the digestion and energy absorption of each patient. If hyperglycemia occurs, carbohydrates should be properly controlled, and low-protein liquid or semi-liquid can be eaten. Foods that can be eaten at this stage include jujube paste soup, soybean milk, tofu, lotus root starch and so on.

(6) When the condition improves, protein should be properly supplied, with a daily intake of 40 ~ 50g, and gradually increased to facilitate the recovery of pancreas. But we should choose protein foods with less fat, such as fish, shrimp, chicken, pork liver and tofu.

(7) A small number of meals can be divided into 5-6 meals a day, and each meal can provide 1-2 kinds of food. Pay attention to choose soft and digestible semi-liquid or soft food to avoid overeating.
