Brief introduction of nine-turn internal alchemy
Jiuzhuan Neidan is a Taoist qigong regimen created by Chen Pu.

Chen Pu was born in the late Tang Dynasty and the early Five Dynasties. He studied under Li Zhong, and at the same time wrote "Chen Neidan's Tactics" with Lv Dongbin.

There are two kinds of books handed down from generation to generation in this book: one is the Collection of Taoist Stories and the Mysterious Department, which is called the Inner alchemy of Mr. Chen; There is a book named "Ten Books of Dingzhen" in Volume 17 of Daozang Cave Truth Classic, formerly known as "The Secret of Jiuzhuan then". Mr. Niwan Chen Pu taught the secret of nine turns to the elixir. The former is explained by clauses, while the latter is explained after each poem.

The sentences are slightly different, and each has its own strengths, so you can refer to each other.

This book was an important work to study the nine-turn cultivation method at that time. Intrinsically dangerous work begins with one and ends with nine. One is the birth of everything. Natural water, natural fire, natural wood, natural gold, natural soil. The order of the five elements is from the beginning. Therefore, the work of Neidan also changed from the beginning to nine, and nine is the pole of Yang number. As for the number of nine, Daoguo has been reached. As a treasure, it is said that the true water in the sky is hidden in the gallbladder, yin and yang are harmonious, and it falls into Dan. The first drop is shaped like a pearl. Zhu Zhe, Zhen Jing Qidan also. And people have bodies, and parents' blood is copulation, which is also a form of copulation. When Dan falls, heart fire and kidney water copulate, and this qi also copulate. Therefore, physical intercourse is unfamiliar, and gas intercourse is Dan. Nine turns: one turns to drop Dan, two turns to copulation, three turns to nourish yang, four turns to nourish yin, five turns to bone, six turns to meat, seven turns to internal organs, eight turns to nourish fire, and nine turns to soar. Chen Pu's inner alchemy is different from the general method. It is based on the theory of zang-fu organs and meridians in Neijing and combined with the principle of internal alchemy. The method is complete and quite distinctive. Refine qi and gallbladder first, then heart and kidney in turn, then nourish yang and yin, and finally refine the flesh, blood and viscera until Dan Cheng. The running position of internal qi, the acupoints it passes through, how to breathe, how to take the essence of heaven, earth, sun and moon, step by step and unequivocally, and successfully reverse Gankun.
