How to Print Price Labels in Supermarket Cashier System
In life, there are hundreds of various commodities in supermarkets of all sizes. With so many kinds of commodity and product price information, how to realize the price tag of batch print commodities? Let's take bar code printing software as an example to describe in detail the design and production process of variable data batch print in commodity price tag.

In this paper, we use barcode printing software. Below we use 70*40 price tag paper as the base map, import product information as the database, and carry out variable data batch print.

Firstly, the electronic version of the commodity price tag picture is imported into the software in the form of bitmap as a location reference for subsequent data addition.

Second, import Excel data table for batch print setting.

1. Add database? Click the "Add Database" icon above, and click Browse to select the corresponding file according to the prompt. Click "Test Connection". After importing the form, the corresponding contents of the form will appear in "Select Form" and "Select Field".

2. Add data content? First, click the toolbar "A" to add a text box after the first attribute "Product Name", select "Database Import" in the graphic properties-data source-+,select the data in the "Product Name" field, and then click "Add"-"OK", so that the product name content in the database will be imported. By analogy, the retail price, article number, specification, place of origin and unit can all use the above method to import the content into the label.

3. Add the barcode content to the label? Click the toolbar on the left to add a barcode style to the canvas, select Database Import in Graphic Properties-Data Source-+,select the data in the barcode field in the field, and then click Add-OK, as shown below, the contents of the barcode column in the database will be imported into the label.

Third, the background image is set to be invisible.

After adding content through database import, we can select background-graphic properties-and select "Invisible" to display the added database content. When previewing, you can see the number of pages of all data. Next, you can use the corresponding price label paper to print.

Fourth, the printing effect map The following is the printing effect after adding variable data to the price tag paper by using the barcode label printing software. The data location is consistent with the location of each attribute of the price tag, and batch print of variable data can be performed.
