The first one-hour piling experience
The day before yesterday, I stood on the health recovery pile for the first time with Mr. Yang Yifeng from Yuandun Sinology Health Center for an hour. In fact, my feet are about shoulder width, my knees are slightly bent, and my arms naturally hang down at my sides. When your body wants to move, it naturally starts to move, but you don't need to move deliberately, just follow the guidance of your body. Teacher Yang said that we can practice this health stake for half a year first. Although it is the simplest, we should "learn to get rid of those complicated things that are not norms." The more we learn, the simpler our culture will be. The more we learn and understand, the more confident we will be. We should learn to associate and unify irrelevant things on the basis of discarding them. Everything we are interested in, like, and related to life will eventually be unified, then simplified, and finally the less we learn. "

There are always many essentials in reading the introduction of standing piles on the Internet, such as body, breathing and spirit. When Mr. Yang was teaching standing piles, I felt that there was only one key, and that was nature. The teacher said: Breathe naturally when practicing. Don't practice breathing yet When you don't practice anything, breathing is the most natural, and it is natural to return to the road. I asked the teacher whether it was better to close his eyes or open them. The teacher said, close them if you want, or not if you don't want. So when I was standing, I didn't think about anything. I just stood silly, silly and natural. It's hard to imagine standing still like a tree for an hour before getting up, but when you stand down, you feel that time passes quickly. To sum up my experience of standing on a pile for the first time for an hour, it is a state that seems to be loose, but it is not loose. I can't show, sleep or wake up.

Before class, the teacher said that some people would naturally dance with their bodies, and the arms hanging on their sides might naturally be raised, but my body didn't have any impulse to dance in this hour, so I stood naturally, feeling very light, shaking back and forth like a top, as if I could not stand steadily. Moreover, I always felt that before I was half asleep, when I rocked back and forth, it was like waking up suddenly, and then I returned to my original position. When I stood naturally, it was like falling asleep.

During this hour, I was very hot for a while and began to sweat. According to online data, standing piles are actually exercising. Running is mostly used for muscles, and standing piles are used for internal organs. So I put a few farts in the middle, maybe my intestines are crawling, and then I suddenly feel which meridian of my body suddenly moved, just like when I was doing yoga, somewhere suddenly opened. And for a while, I felt the wind blowing, which cooled my sweaty body. I don't know if it was really the wind or the feeling of my body. Standing, my feet hurt a little, and my knees hurt a little, but I usually have problems with my standing posture, but as Teacher Yang always said, you should believe that your body has its own strength, and I think these will be adjusted slowly and naturally in the process of standing piles. I didn't know until the end that my head was tilted to the right, but it was also a sign of physical imbalance.

After standing on the pile for the first time, I actually found it more interesting than meditation, which gave my body more room to display. Although my body only moved a little this time, I think maybe one day I will dance naturally like some friends.

And life is a natural state. I look forward to finding the essence of life in the stump.
