Everything in heaven and earth is born of Tao, but Tao presents different forms in heaven and earth, including the way of nature, the way of keeping in good health, the way of living, and the way of cultivating and harvesting. Laozi discussed the way of dealing with the world with the endless way of heaven and earth, and put forward the principles of "forgetting yourself forever" and "taking care of yourself first".
