Many martial arts novels describe Yijinjing as the secret of practicing internal strength. According to Jin Yong's the legendary swordsman, Yijinjing was written by Dharma at the beginning. After Dharma nirvana, the second ancestor Huike went to see the monk with Buddhist scriptures and Yijin Sutra that he still didn't understand. Although he knows Buddhism, his martial arts are still incomplete. Later, at the end of Sui Dynasty and the beginning of Tang Dynasty, I met a young man with high martial arts skills on Chang 'an Avenue, talked for three days and nights, and finally understood the truth. Later, the young man became Li Jing, the founding general of the Tang Dynasty, and the Yijinjing was carried forward from then on.

This action requires the shoulders, elbows and wrists to be on the same plane, and breathe together for 8-20 times as appropriate. The formula says: don't pay attention to your chest at the right time. Being calm is a sword, and your heart is pure and respectful.
The second possibility: Wei Tuo offered the second possibility. Feet apart, shoulder width apart, feet firm, knees slightly loose; Hands slowly spread out from the chest to both sides; Stand upright, palms outward; Two current views; When inhaling, the chest expands and the arms stand back; When exhaling, the fingertips are tilted inward and the palms are supported outward.
