Peanuts are sweet in taste and flat in nature, and enter the spleen and lung meridians. The nutritional value of peanuts is higher than that of cereals, and it can be compared with some animal foods such as eggs, milk and meat. Peanut contains vitamin E and a certain amount of zinc, which can enhance memory, resist aging, delay the decline of brain function and moisturize skin. Vitamin C contained in peanuts can lower cholesterol and help prevent and treat arteriosclerosis, hypertension and coronary heart disease. Peanut also has the functions of strengthening body resistance, invigorating spleen and regulating stomach, moistening lung and resolving phlegm, nourishing and regulating qi, inducing diuresis to reduce swelling, stopping bleeding and promoting lactation, clearing throat and stopping malaria.
Exercise:
1. Wash peanuts with clear water until there is no sediment.
2. Gently press the front end of the peanut with your thumb and forefinger to crack a small hole in the peanut shell. Press a small hole on all peanuts in turn, so that it is easier to taste when cooking.
3. Pour the processed peanuts into the pressure cooker.
4. Adding water, the ratio of water to peanuts is 1: 1.
5. Put a piece of cinnamon and two star anises (if you like heavy taste, you can put some spices at home, and if you like spicy food, you can put a few dried peppers to cook together).
6. Add 4 tablespoons of salt, about 20g. A kilo of peanut 10g salt is more suitable.
7. Stir the peanuts with a shovel to mix the salt and peanuts evenly.
8. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Don't open the lid immediately after cooking, and simmer for half an hour before opening the lid.
9. Take the peanuts out and control the water, then you can eat them. Continue to soak the rest in the juice. The longer you soak, the better.
