Step 3: In the process of boiling red beans, prepare a large soup bowl, add 100g water caltrop powder, then add 200ml water, stir well, and it is best to sieve after stirring well, because water caltrop powder generally has many particles, and the purpose of sieving is to melt these particles.

Step 4: After the red beans are cooked, the red bean soup in the pot is about 400 ml. While stirring with a spatula, pour in the mixed water of horseshoe powder.
